History overflows with bloody trails of tears
Dripping from the innocent marched off and disappeared
Evil came and took them, and no one spoke out
Good people were called to stand against evil at the door

But too many times, good people have stood by
While evil spread its poison of persecution’s lies
No faith or good is safe from evil’s hate-filled eyes
